The storage period for server log files is 6 months.

Use of Wix website builder

For our website, we use the website builder provided by Wix, a tool from Wix.com Ltd, Yunitsman 5 St, Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix is used for the purpose of securely, quickly, and efficiently creating and providing an internet presence through a professional provider. This purpose constitutes our legitimate interest in processing personal data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
When you visit our website, Wix also processes your data for the purpose of providing the service and stores cookies on your device that are necessary for the display of the website and to ensure security. The data collected by Wix may be stored on servers worldwide, including in the USA. For more information, please refer to Wix's privacy policy.
To ensure that the personal data of our website visitors is only processed in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR, we have entered into a data processing agreement with this service provider.

Cookies

Like many other websites, we also use so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small text files that are transferred from a website server to your hard drive. This automatically provides us with certain data, such as your IP address, the browser you are using, your operating system, and your connection to the Internet.

Cookies cannot be used to start programs or transfer viruses to a computer. The information contained in cookies enables us to make navigation easier for you and to ensure that our web pages are displayed correctly.

Cookies in the NECESSARY category
These cookies are essential for the operation of the website and ensure, among other things, security and smooth operation. The cookies are set on the legal basis of §25 (2) sentence 2 TDDDG.

Cookies in the STATISTICS category
These cookies are used to improve our offering and our website and to measure and record the effectiveness of our advertisements. The data collected is anonymized and used for statistics and analysis. The cookies are set on the legal basis of §25 (1) TDDDG.

Of course, you can also view our website without cookies. Internet browsers are usually set to accept cookies. You can deactivate the use of cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please use the help functions of your Internet browser to find out how to change these settings. Please note that individual functions of our website may not work if you have deactivated the use of cookies.

External links
Our websites contain links to third-party sites. The operators of the Lindner SE website have no influence on the content of the linked pages. These were carefully checked before the links were activated. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that the operators of the respective pages have made changes to the content that violate applicable law or the philosophy of Lindner SE. Lindner SE distances itself from such content.

Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH to collect and store data for marketing, market research, and optimization purposes based on the legitimate interests of the website operator (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

For this purpose, a JavaScript-based code is used to collect company-related data and information about its use. The data collected using this technology is encrypted using a non-reversible one-way function (known as hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymized and is not used to personally identify visitors to this website.

The data stored within the scope of Salesviewer® is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations that prevent its deletion.

You can object to the collection and storage of data at any time with future effect by clicking on this link https://www.wix.com/about/privacy to prevent SalesViewer® from collecting data on this website in the future. An opt-out cookie for this website will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again.

Note on data transfer to the USA
Among other things, we use tools from companies based in the USA or other third countries that are not secure in terms of data protection. When these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to these third countries and processed there. We would like to point out that these countries cannot guarantee a level of data protection comparable to that of the EU. For example, US companies are required to disclose personal data to security authorities without you, as the data subject, being able to take legal action against this. It cannot therefore be ruled out that US authorities (e.g., secret services) may process, evaluate, and permanently store your data located on US servers for surveillance purposes. We have no influence on these processing activities.

Rights of data subjects

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us at any time. You also have the right to have your personal data corrected, blocked, or, apart from the mandatory data storage for business transactions, deleted. Please contact our data protection officer for this purpose. You will find the contact details at the bottom of this page.

In order for data to be blocked at any time, this data must be stored in a block file for control purposes. You can also request the deletion of the data, provided that there is no legal archiving obligation. If such an obligation exists, we will block your data upon request.

You can make changes or revoke your consent by notifying us accordingly with effect for the future.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6 (1) (e) and (f) GDPR. We will then no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that outweigh the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject.

You also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority about the data processing by our company.

The data protection authority responsible for our company is:
State Office for Data Protection Supervision
Promenade 18
91522 Ansbach

Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done to the extent that it is technically feasible.

Changes to our data protection provisions
We reserve the right to occasionally amend this data protection information so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection information, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection information will then apply to your next visit.
